Bartender Don't Find Sls

The server where I have installed SLS is dead recently without the possibility of deactivate the license. I install the SLS in other of my server (Windows Server 2008 R2) but when I try print from the bartender PC it don't find the License Server. The SLS service is up in the server. In bartender I've trying to configure the finding of SLS in manual and automatic mode but both fails.

 

My Software Version is 9.01 - 2561

 

Anyone can help me.

  Open the License Server application, make sure it's running as a service, then take a look at the bottom of the window to verify that it's using the right port.  Then inside of BarTender make sure that it's pointing at that port.

  Yes, it's running as a service and the port is the 5160 which it's where the bartender is looking for.
