Print Station Error Bdd

Hi,

When I try to print with BDD and I add "query prompts..." gives mistake(#3200). Anybody can I help me?

I Think that "Print Station" doesn´t found "query prompts..." because when I try to print with BDD only it is ok. Is there any way of solving?

  Could you define what you mean with BDD? Is that 'Business Desktop Deployment' what you're referring to?
  
  How have you setup the BarTender label format's database connection? To which database are you connecting to? Are you using an ODBC or OLE DB driver?
  
  If you directly print from BarTender this same label format, do you get the same error message (no records found)?

  I want to say "label format´s database connection" The file is Excel "*.xls". This label prints about BarTender and I haven´t got problem. The problem is when "I try print on Print Station"

  Please report this as a standard technical support issue. Make sure to also include label format (.btw) and Excel (.xls) when reporting this:
