Hi

 

I have a user who uses this label printer for a factory in Portugal.

They have a problem with it - But only at http://wf.fragt.dk/ .

The label print out like this - see attachment.

 

This is supposed to fill all of the label. They have to save it to a .pdf and then print it out.

This is not very efficient.

Do you have any suggestions on what can be done?

- I would like to avoid updating drivers as they are on servers and not locally.

  I cannot access the original file and see the issue, however creating a PDF and then printing to a label printer is not the best way of printing as you are losing alot of control of the label and final printer, if that makes sense. You also have issues with differences in the DPI of the units that can mean that the image/pdf created may not print correctly or even at he same size
