Hey Guys,

 

I'm having difficulty importing information from more than one row of the same database field.  Basically, the imported database sheet is very simple, it has two rows (three with field names) one of which contains part numbers and other part descriptions.  Unfortunately, I'm only able to import only one row of stored information into label template, I believe it's the first row following the field name row. I would like to be able to import data from more than one row of the database field. The part number is being used as the barcode and its description is added as text format on the label.

 

Please advice,

  I dont think you can as each row is treated as a new record and so your second row would populate the label field(s) on the second label you printed.

  Well, if you activate the page template in the page setup dialog, you can then set multiple labels to act as line items on a single physical label.
