Commander Prints With /pd But Not /p

Hi All

 

Trying to use commander to run a trigger file. If I use /PD it works perfectly if I just press print when the dialog appears. If I change to /P nothing prints. Currently running as an app to troubleshoot. Don't see anything in troubleshooting guide that helps. Any ideas?

  Could you attach the Commander task list (.tl), trigger file and BT document (.btw).

   

  What Edition, Version and Build of BT is in use?

   

  Are you making BarTender visible via the "Detection > Show all running BarTenders" dialog in Commander? This will help you to troubleshoot better as you will see what is happening within the underlying BarTender process.

   

  You could also enable BT messages via the "Administer > Log Setup > Text File Log" dialog.
