Multiple Texts From Single Prompt

Hello there,

 

I am creating a label where there are multiple text boxes where the user selects from a drop down list a certain item.

 

How can I make all the text boxes link to one prompt?

 

I.e whatever the user selects at the drop down list, it populates all the text boxes the same during print time. 

 

Everytime i go to prompting and control, i doesn't allow me to use the already created drop down list 1 from the other text box.

 

Please help.

  Using Object Value data source, you can clone text.

   

  On template design view, create a text (Text 1) and link to a dropdown (I recon you've done already).

  The on the template, add a text and in datasource, set datasource to Object Value of the text linked with the dropdown (Text 1).
