    The driver is not up to date - uninstall and update the driver to the latest might help.

    Download the latest driver, 

    http://www.seagullscientific.com/drivers/zebra-windows-printer-drivers.aspx

    Disconnect the printer, Run driverwizard and delete the printer.

    then install the same printer again by driverwizard. (C:\Seagull\driverwizard.exe in default)
