Bartender Settings For License Server Always Revert To Automatic

Hi, we have installed Bartender 9.4 SR3 on a windows 7 workstation and when I go in the settings to tell bartender where is located the license server (SLS 9.4S sr3 is on a different computer that is located on a different IP subnet) the settings works and the software find the server ok. The problem is that as soon as I close bartender and re-open the software the settings is back to default and bartender complain that he cannot find the license server.
Any help would be appreciated !

  In the "C:\ProgramData\Seagull\BarTender" folder you will find a file called "BTLM.ini". Make sure that the file exists and the users have full access to the file. If you open the file in Notepad, you'll see that the settings are stored here.

  Thanks, I was suspecting a permission issue but could not pin point it.
