Not that I know of.
If you have BarTender Pro or above, create a new text field and link it to your barcode data, then you can do whatever you want with it. If you want it vertical but the numbering still facing the right way, make it a paragraph object but only make it wide enough to contain one letter per line.
If you want it fully vertical, simply use the rotate tools to rotate a standard text object.0 -
