Print Settings Not Retained.

We are using a 4208 Datamax printer with Windows 10.  We are using the 7.4.1 driver with a Datamax printer.  The issue we are currently having is when a user tries to print a label the size is incorrectly printed.  However when we go look in printer size settings it is correct.  For it to print correctly we do not change anything, we simply click apply to the already correct settings and print and it works.

 

This step must be done every time a user prints a label out of our application which is sage 500 application using crystal reports.

 

We already have the settings checked for share settings, for without this setting users would have to manually change the size everytime.

 

Any assistance would be appreciated.

  Click the "Advanced Options" button, from the dialog that opens select the "Driver Options" tab, and then tick the "Disable user defined size" checkbox.
