Hi, I'm having trouble with setting my printer driver to present the tag I'm using (which is a keyhole label tag. What happens is that when the label prints, it doesn't present far enough out for the label to be torn off. When you set the present distance to allow the tear off, on the next print it retracts the label and comes free of the print head thus having to reload the media every time you want to print.   Could you attach a photo of the physical label roll for us to examine and a copy of the BarTender document (.btw)?

   

  What Edition, Version and Build of BarTender are you using?

   

  What printer driver version have you installed for the printer?
