Gs1 Symbology Specific Option

Hi 

 

I am using bartender automation 11.0.2.3056 

 

I created a GS1 label which worked great for a while until the human readable text on the barcode became a single line and without brackets which was not what i designed 

 

when i went to the human readable text >symbology specific option it was not highlighted 

 

I don't know what went wrong and what caused to do that 

 

 

any ideas?

  You need to set the GS1 Template option to a non "None" option.  However, I can see that the item seems to be disabled.  I don't know how you managed that to be honest.  Maybe you'll need to recreate the barcode object if you cannot get the item enabled again.
