Combine Multi Date Fields Include Forward Slash

Hello all,

I am new with Bartender. I create a label with date. But my data coming three separate fields for date.

MM,DD,YYY

 

I use multi data source then it print out "2192016". I want it print like 2/19/2016. Can anyone suggest how I do it.

  Create additional "Embedded Data" data sources to separate each date part with the forward slash character.
