Prompt For Multiple Labels

Hi,
We print multiple labels (48) on an A4 sheet, and we need to prompt for a customer code before printing. The customer code will be the same for all the labels on one sheet, but BT prompts for an input for each label. Is there a way of telling it once, and automatically passing it to the other labels on the sheet?
I'm using BT version 9.2

  Hello Steve_g,

   

  Can I understand that you are printing from a database (one label per record)? If that is the case and you are getting a prompt for each record/label it's because you've configured that way.

   

  To prevent this you'll need to enter the object's properties (for the object linked to the prompt control), under the "Data Source" tab click on the "More Options..." button and, under the "Prompting" tab change the frequency to "Once at start of print job" instead of "For Every Record".
