Combine Multiple User Inputs Into One Barcode

Does anyone know if there is a way to combine multiple user inputs into one barcode? In other words, can I have multiple user prompts that all combine into one long bar code? Thanks!

Please disregard this question. I was able to figure out what I wanted to do using the Sub-String function. Thanks.

  Yes, sub-strings are the way to go as each sub-string has its own set of "More Options" which include the ability to prompt the user for input.
