Error #6670 - Could Not Find Installable Isam

I have tried to connect to the Excel using the Add Database Connection Wizard.
I get Error Message #6670 "Failed to connect to database: Could not find installable ISAM."

I have BarTender 10.1 SR1, Microsoft Office 2010 (64bit), Microsoft Access Database Engine 2010 (64bit, ver 14.0.7015.1000) and Windows 7 (64bit).

Does anybody have any ideas?

  I have last version of Microsoft Access Database Engine 2010, but the issue is still there.

  Try repairing Microsoft Office to see if it fixes the issue.
  
  You could also use "Microsoft Jet OLE DB Provider" as a test. Use it by defining "General OLE DB Provider" in BarTender's database connection setup and now use the "Microsoft Jet" OLE DB provider if it's installed on your system.
