We have a database which had 2608 active lines on we have added some further data to the spreadsheet but now when select the print option and database review we still only see the original data not the new line lines

  In the database connection setup dialog, select the "Browse" tab and click the "Refresh" button.  If that doesn't work then it's probably a format issue with the Excel file.  As a test, select and copy your data in Excel and past it to a new workbook/worksheet.  Create a new label that connects to the new Excel file to see if all the records are now available.

   

  I would recommend a true database like Access if you can as Excel is not a database and can be problematic.
