Keep Document Open
Hello,
In Print Station, when we open the document and the data entry screen comes up, we enter data and it prints as expected. It then returns to the document selection screen. We would prefer it would return back to the data entry of the same document. (we only have one label)
Is there any way to accomplish this?

Hi there!
There is a way to repeat the data entry. To enable it do the following:
1)Open your label
2)Navigate to File->Print
3)In the middle of the print dialog window, you will see two tabs. "Quantity", and "Options". Click the Options tab.
4)Select the first check box, it should say "Reapeat data entry until cancelled".
I've attached a screen shot where it will be located.

That works excellent, thank you! Now the trickier part (maybe) After printing it returns to the data input screen (as we want) but is there a way for it to retain the last settings of the text input and drop down list? Essentially it is a label for food with a scale input, there can be multiple boxes of the same item, same customer info, and different weights.
Mod, This might now need to be directed to a different sub forum? I just do not know what function would facilitate this.

In the "Data Entry Control" property under the "Transforms" tab of the prompted data source of the label object you'll need to enable the checkbox option to "Update data source after print".
