Extract Automaticaly Fields Names

Hi everybody,

 

We try to use 2 differents data source files to print labels with a unique "btw file model".

 

Our 2 data sources files contains same headers on the first data line but in a different order.

 

Exemple : 

First header line of file 1 :  Column1, Column2, Column3, Column4.

First header line of  file 2 : Column4, Column3, Column1, Column2.

 

In bartender in design mode, in the "data source configuration", when we change from one file to the other, when can print the right label after clicking manually on "Extract Fields names".

There is no problem with that but we make it manually in bartender in a design an test mode.

 

When we try to print labels using Commander with the same 2 files, one after one : only one is correct.

In fact, we want to tell Commander to "Extract Fields names" before printing or on opening de btw file in the same way that we do it manually to swith from one format to another.

 

We want Commander to find fields from their name and not from their order.

 

The attach file shows the button "Extract Fields Names" in franch version.

 

I dont know if this post is in the right place, sorry if it is.

  Would BarTener's Print dialog option "Validate database field names" help?
