Query Problem

Dear All,

 

In bartender software, I would like to do query by partname or mfg.

 

Everything seem as in the attached pictures.

 

I am always receiving an error (capture3)

 

What can be the problem?

  The Excel sheet's some columns has mixed data format - apply string format to the Excel sheet.

   

  Applying string format to already input data is somewhat difficult as you need to re-enter data.

  Try this:

  1. Copy whole sheet to notepad

  2. Select whole sheet and apply cell formatting as string (text).

  3. Paste back text from notepad.

   

  After that, in BarTender's database setup > status tab, update field names to see that's fixed or not. (you may need to remove database connection and create again.)
