Can i specify start number of serial number in serialization on Integration builder?

I wanted to specify start number of serial number and serialized it until the end 
using Web service

for example
if i set these variable to be receive as
Serial Number : 5
Copy : 1
Start Number : 3 

I want bartender to print 
data like this on template 
3 of 5
4 of 5
5 of 5

Is there any way to do this?

  You need to link the starting number field on the label to the value that is coming from your web command (maybe making it a Named Data Source so you can reference it more easily) and then also configure that field to increment each label
