Licensing Server Move - PCs on different network

Hey all, 
I have a Licensing Server A on 192.168.1.x
PCs are also on 192.168.1.x and can see the licensing server. No issues.

We have created a new network 10.0.0.x with new servers. 
10.0.0.x and 192.168.1.x can route etc. No comms issues.

New licensing Server B on 10.0.0.x transferred from 192.168.1.x no issue. However, PCs on 192.168.1.x can't see the Server B for licensing. I am able to ping and see that the port is open for licensing on Server B from a PC. 

Does the licensing server and PCs have to be on the same network range?

  In Administration Console>Licencing>Licence Setup make sure that the User Access Control is configured correctly as this controls who and which device can see the licence. Every time I have come across something similar to your issue, this settings was the problem.
