Different Laptops see Labels Differently

When I open a BarTender label on my laptop the text has become corrupted, however, when my colleague opens the same label on his laptop the label views perfectly.

Any idea why this happens.

  My guess is you do not have the same printer driver installed and when you open the label it is using the settings for your default printer which could mean it is using different fonts and different printer resolution. Even if you are not actually connected to the printer if you install the matching driver on your laptop and make that the default for BarTender via the Administration Console>Printers screen then that could resolve this for you
