Label Template Issue

Hi All...

 

Wondering if you can help me. Using R8 2021, 11.2

 

I'm trying to create a new template for a label for our new e-liquid but we seem to be stuck. We've created a new template but it wont print properly.

 

It keep saying we can't print to a label with a width smaller of 46mm when our label is 30.5 by 63.5.

 

We've tried putting in the dimensions in the other way around but the label is incorrect and just wont work.

 

When we print, it prints in landscape mode on the label covering a tiny bit of it as opposed to portrait and filling the label. When we change it and then changing the label dimensions, we get the issue saying we can't print to a label of less than 46mm.

 

Any ideas?

  You need to check out the spec of you printer as it sounds like there is a minimum print width set in the driver. What printer are you using?
