    Unfortunately, at this moment there is no way or recover the password or update it with a new password. Once it is encrypted with a password and it is forgotten, a new label needs to be created. 

    We would suggest reviewing our article on Overview of security in BarTender for further details on this subject.

    Is there a way to clear this from my system? I un-installed bartender from my system and re-installed it. Right now, when I open bartender, I am prompted for a password to exit the print only mode. I first loaded this a year ago as a trial version. My project proposal was finally approved a month ago, but I am stuck in this password loop that I can't seem to get out of.

    This may have changed in the latest versions but if it is the Print Only Password enabled via Administer menu option then this may still be valid. I know it was a year or so ago:
