Hi.

I have connected to Google Sheets.  I am configuring the datasources and creating labels which is all going fine.

The problem arises after I close the label then try to reopen it.  The software then crashes and will not load the label template which has the database connected to it.  The other labels are loading ok.

Any ideas? Thanks.

  The first thing I would suggest is update to the latest version (R4) and see if the problem still persists as if this is a known bug then it may have already been fixed.
