Licensing Isssues (License Invalid)

    Hello Mark,

    Welcome to the BarTender Community Forums!

    Could you provide us with a little more information about your environment? What is the setup like? Are you running virtual machines, for example?

    Also, what BarTender version, edition, and service release are you running on these machines? You can find this information by clicking on the "Help > About" tab on BarTender Designer's upper menu.

    This was not of any help. I have been running the same equipment  for 2 years now, and today I am unable to print labels because I get a notice which says that the very same equipment is not licensed. How can that be?

    Have you checked that the machine that holds the licence is both powered up and connected to the network?
