No Information in USPS Template import

The instruction for the DT426B printer is pretty lacking.

I can not find in your quick setup web pages how to import USPS and UPS label templates as well as instructions on how to set up the ability to print labels for UPS and USPS labels.

I just set up the printer and drivers to work with my desktop.

I need to set up printing labels for the above shipping companies.

Where do I find this information I had to waste over an hour setting up the label printer and trying to find instructions on your website. I NEED AN ANSWER TODAY BECAUSE I AM ON DEADLINE TO SHIP EBAY PURCHASES.   If this is the type of forum where I get a response in a couple of days, I will solve the problem by returning the printer because it is of no use to me unless these two templates can be set up today.

  Not in the USA so never used these labels but there are some sample formats in the C:\Program Files\Seagull\Templates folder and this include a sample UPS and USPS label which both seem to be populated from data entered into the label via a Data Entry Form, although the Forms are only accessible if you have the Professional edition or higher.
