Label misalignment

We use a number of printers in our facility. 

But one label aligns correctly on one printer but on another printer it won't. 

Both printers are from Altec, we have TTP4310 and ATP300

And if i get the alignment correct on one printer then it misaligns on the other.

Can anyone help me out?

  Sorry I dont know those printers but I see there are different DPI versions for each of those printers and if those don't match then there could be issues and differences with printing the same label to the two devices. 

  If they are the same DPI and it a more a start of print position type issue then you may be able to get round that via adjusting the offsets in the two drivers. I haven't checked the 300, but if using the Seagull driver then there is a vertical offset setting  in the Printer Preferences > Stock tab for the 4310 or else both a horizontal and a vertical offset in the Preferences>Page Setup> Advanced options.
