30 Day trial of Bartender Automation Edition will not allow me to export template or print to file

Hi,

Downloaded a 30 day trial of Bartender Automation Edition.  Installed with license key.

But, it (Bartender Automation Edition) will not allow me to export template or print to file.  Have label design (which includes an image) that I programmatically send to printer. 

Also tried printing to file from Bartender Ultralite and using that output.  All works/prints perfectly except the image does not print when sent to printer programmatically.  Image does print when sent directly from Bartender Ultralite.

Was hoping Bartender Automation Edition would allow me to export a template.

Any help/guidance would be apprecited.

  I believe those options are not available when installed as a Trial edition but would be as a fully licenced (non Ultralite) edition. 

  Is there any reason you cannot just print directly from BarTender or are you just trying to get the printer programming code to use outside of the software?

  what are you able to do with the trail version? when I attempt anything program just closes

  That sounds like the install is corrupted. I would suggest you either uninstall or reinstall or else run a repair on in the install.
