Software installation issue

After installing the trial version Opening the bartender designer gives an error message: Bartender Licensing Wizard Message #7588 Cannot continue before this is being solved, any suggestions are welcome.

  You can get this if all the BarTender Services have not started and so you may want to check they are all running/started In the Windows Services as this may clear this.
