Barcode building assistance

I am trying to create the below barcode within Bartender's barcode creator. I can't seem to find or search for this format. Any tips on what to do?

  Welcome to the BarTender Community!
  
  We could try to create multiple data sources for the Code 128 barcode, since this is a highly customizable type of barcode, we shouldn't have any issues creating a barcode that fits your needs.
  
  Once you have the Code 128 barcode in place, you can double-click on it in order to open up the Barcode Properties menu, and then create a new Embedded Data data source for each individual data point:
  
  
  
  
  
  This way we could recreate the format you are looking for.
