Using History Explorer under Citrix

    Welcome to the BarTender Community Forum!

    There shouldn't be issues with History Explorer on Citrix environments. In order to properly troubleshoot this issue, we would need more information regarding your environment:

    • What Windows versions are you using in your Citrix environment?

    • Do you have print job logging enabled in Admin Console?
