Event ID 600 601 when installing network printer ZT510 with 2021.3 ver driver

-Implementing GPO for Point and Print and encountering error when installing ZT510 from network print server. 

-The policy works fine for non Zebra printer off same server
-Using latest driver ver 2021.3
-Have installed on "clean print server" which never had Seagull/Zebra, still errors
-Client workstation and server have the certificate for authenticode signature as outlined in support article "Installing-Authenticode-signature-prior-to-Seagull-Driver-installation"

-Event id 601 & 600 that are thrown on client workstation

Any suggestions are appreciated.  Thanks in advance.
