I am trying to install the latest Bartender sofrware, on a new laptop, but it keeps sticking at the same point and I can't get passed it.

I have tried a few times but it's not progressing. I have also tried waiting to see if it is just a slow process, but can wait hours. 

I desperately need to get this sorted so i can get some labels printed.
