BarTender Integration returns “No Records Found” but Print Preview shows correct SQL results

I’m having an issue with a BarTender label through Integration Builder.
I’ve tested:
- direct connection to the SQL server
- extracted CSV file
Both give the same result: “No Records Found”
Version:
BarTender Designer 2022 R5 11.3/197999 (64-bit)
What’s odd is that in Print Preview the correct result comes through from the join, but when it runs through the integration it returns “No Records Found”.
I am joining on an address on the .txt label file to another address in the SQL database and returning a separate field.
The integration user has select access, and it’s the same user the integration is using, so permissions should be okay. The same user can also access the CSV file. I have also tried storing the separate credentials with the label file too.
I’ve also tried spacing out the characters in case the incoming value was the problem.
Could the label file .txt values get altered during the integration, so it no longer matches the SQL/CSV data?
Modifying the .txt file in anyway makes it garbled by the integration and there is nothing useful in the logs

How is the connection to the SQL configured? The “user” that runs the Integration is by default the Local System Account and so if you are using the access rights of the user than that could be the issue.

Hi Peter,
The user account running the integration was granted select access to the database tables used in the join. I also do not think database permissions would affect the issue when using an extracted CSV of the table. In that case, the data had already been condensed to one record per row, was no longer connected to the database, and was being used on the same machine as the SQL Server rather than from a different computer. Apologies for the late response. I have only just been alerted to this via email.
