Bartender11.11 install on windows 11

Bartender 11.08 stopped working, uninstall and fresh install of version 11.11 fails to install packages ("HRESULT - 2147024770")

are there any work around or solutions?

  rolled back to 11.08, install with admin privileges was successful, but security controls are preventing me opening software? opening with admin privileges was also unsuccessful

  Try checking that Administration Console is up and running and all the BarTender Windows Services have started. I have seen that error before when these have not started correctly.

  Thank you for your response, the problem was licensing. it had expired so the 10.x installation failed and the 11.x was not allowed. i had to reinstall the 10.x installation.
