Temp license to new license
I purchased a new license about 3 weeks ago. i was issued a temporary license until the new one was issued. i am unable to access and download that new lisense

You should have been sent a certificate with a redemption code on it and you will need to log in to your account on Seagull's website to redeem this code and be given the full product key code you need to activate the full licence on your PC. If you cant access then that I suggest you contact Seagull directly for assistance

Yes, I have found mye lisens code, but som old lisens stop add on the new lisens

Sorry I dont understand your comment, although it looks like you have now found the full licence number.
In the Licencing section of Administration Console, right click on the Trial code and press the deactivate option and then try activating the full licence.
You cannot activate a Workstation licence if you have a full (x number of printers) licence on the same machine and I wonder if that is now the issue
