Activation wizard screen never comes up
So installing 11.8 ( a multi hour effort in itself due to the usual .NET version nightmare).
Finally got the install to go through to starting the activation wizard.
some dialog quickly flashed by then…nothing….
Task manager shows the process running…tried the usual start, restart etc.
Tried the admin console, get a splash screen then, it disaapears and again…..nothing.
Searching for help here yields nothing useful.
Would submit a ticket but, i need a support number which….duh…i cannot get till activated.
Seeing as i am evaluating this software for my large steel mfg client who are going to be rolling out a new RFID solution in 2026, I'm just about to cross this one off the list, but thought Id give it one last go here, but not hopeful
Any help would be appreciated.

You should have a support number as long as you have at the very least applied for a Trial code.
I would double check that and contact Seagull's Techincal Support team directly.
