Using a userform and database to fill multiple fields

We are successfully using user forms to look up data from a database. We would like to add to that, with a single input, filling multiple output fields.

 

Ex: At print time, the user is prompted to input a Work order number from the database list. The system then outputs the lot number as a result.

I would like to expand on that functionality with the system to output both a lot number into one field, and a production date into another field, but using a single input(work order).

  Sorry not sure what you mean:

  Is the Production Date

  • part of the works order number?
  • one of the database fields?
  • or set by the system date ?

  The production date is one of the database fields.
