Switching Printers on the Fly

I'd like to know if BarTender can switch printers on the fly. We use Macs to populate the drop folder that BarTender monitors. Is there a way for us to "drop" a command into that folder that will tell BarTender which printer to use?

  Hi Mark,

  Yes you can as you can set the printer name as one of the fields in the data string and then reference this in the Print Document config in Integration Builder. 

   

  

   

  If you are using an older style trigger file (Commander Script file) with the %BTW% .....%END% "brackets" round the command part of the file then you can include the /PRN= <your printer name> command in the command string element.
