tcp socket - send print job - get status

With nicelabel, using Python scripting,  I can create tcp/ip socket with remote devices. I can read and write on that stream. 

 

How can I do this with BarTender?  Please provide examples and prerequisites. 

Where can I find a library reference of all the methods available via BarTender scripting? Are there libraries for ModbusTCP, Ethernet/IP, Profinet, EtherCat, OPCua?

 

Any help is appreciated,
