Using BarTender with Automated Packing Systems printer (PI 412cw)

Hi

I'm having trouble getting the document settings right when creating a template for use with APS printer PI 412cw.  The document does print but it's positioning is completely wrong but I can't see what I'm doing wrong in the setup.

Any advice would be greatly received.

  Not much help I know, but check the stock and more likely the sensor settings in the driver to make sure these are correct, I have only printing to Autobag printers once (not sure what model it was) but cant remember there being any particular issues with it once we had configured the document and printer properties correctly for the type of label etc.
