Unable to create or open integrations

Running bartender 2016 R2.  When I open the BarTender Integration Builder, I am unable open any of the links from the "Start" page.  For example, cannot click "Create new Integration" or "Open Integration File" or "Import Commander Task List", or "Integration builder Help", or "Seagull on the Web".

  The install could possibly be corrupted or else this could be a bug in R2 I would suggest you remove it (leave it activated) and reinstall with the last version of 2016 (R8) and see if that fixes the issue
