Uninstalled BarTender on Server 2008 R2, still getting RunDLL error looking for ssnetmon.64
Hi There,
I uninstalled BarTender Automation from one of our servers. I actually want to reinstall it, but before I do, there seems to be some left overs in the form of DLL files looking to launch.
In particular the ssnetmon.64 file. I have removed it from all locations I could find it, I even tried reinstalling bartender to try fix it, but it still launchs the RunDLL dialouge on boot looking for it.
Any advice on how to get rid of it? Maybe a registry entry or something I could delete?
Cheers

Hi Ian,
I would suggest contacting Technical Support direct and ask them for manual removal instructions as this will include a list of any registry settings. They will need to know what version and edition of BarTender was installed too as well as the operating system you mentioned as I believe the registry settings are different.
Cheers
Pete

After going through the same phase, I have now reached here with the solution.
Canon Printer Tech Support has helped me with this. Hope they are not going to disappoint you as well.
