Prn file problem

I was making a prn file from bartender which contains a qr code,a number and company name....but when I open the prn file it shows some characters in qr code portion but the number and company name is perfect...what to do???

  It sounds like the QR Code image is being sent to the printer as a graphic file. If the printer you are using does not support the production of a particular barcode symbol in its programming/command language then that is how BarTender will send the image to the printer . The same is true for text fields where you are using a font that is not downloaded or embedded in to the printer
