Two integrations do not work simultaneously

I've set up file retrieval from different folders, and I want two integrations to work. One retrieves job files from the SCAN folder, and everything works fine there. The second should retrieve files from the SCAN2 folder. The files are received, but the second integration doesn't execute them. The files are removed by the first integration.

  That doesnt sound right if you have configured the setup correctly and are scanning correct folder in the first place and not child folders from there etc
