Labels up on Printing

Hello everyone,

When printing by the bartender when there are multiple labels to be printed, pull the label up.

I'm using citizen CL-S700, the label is 10x10mm …

  Not 100% sure what you mean but it sounds like it could be a label/page setup issue, have you checked/measured the label settings and enabled Gap/Transmissive mode? The page size should be the height of the label itself (ignore the inter-label gap as the sensor will pick this up) whilst the page width is the width of the label plus the gap either side with those set on Layout tab
