prints coming out of printer but are coming out from it and not going on individual labels

Hi, i have recently bought a vretti 420b printer but when i go to use it to print a label off for my small business i have and for some reason the labels aren't missing a gap its all going on to 1 label or missing text on it.

have tried so many ways around it but cant find a fix on it.

Please help

  It sounds like your label/page settings are incorrect for the type and size of label you are producing and so I would suggest you check those and that you have enabled the Gap/Transmissive sensor mode
