Unable To Transfer License

Afternoon All,

I am trying to transfer my 2021 license to my new PC but have a little issue. I can see the current license server in the admin console and I also see the server license for the new laptop. When I try to move it from the current to the new, no options come up in the drop down box after I select move license. Is there something else I should be doing? Thanks again in advance!

  Are you logged in with full admin rights and have you linked the new laptop to the existing licence as you should then be able to use the Move option?

  Hi Peter

  Forgot to update a couple days ago. The new laptop had some major restrictions set by our IT company. Once they removed the PC from the controls everything went super smooth. My databases transfered with ease as well
